Research Interests Include:

  • Applying risk and uncertainty in the financial models for various construction and infrastructure projects
  • Conducting the life cycle cost analysis for different infrastructure projects
  • Developing computer-aided tools for construction projects and infrastructure management systems
  • Applying probabilistic and stochastic methods to monitor the damage mechanism(s) of infrastructure systems
  • Pioneering the research area of incorporating asset valuation into an asset management system
